SEBA Quarry operates from the Mazaruni Mining District No. 3 — one of Guyana's most significant aggregate-producing regions. We hold a full GGMC Quarry Licence and operate under EPA environmental permitting, with every tonne produced traceable through to dispatch.
As the production arm of Elicha Investment and Construction Inc., we're vertically integrated: the same group that builds major infrastructure in Guyana is the group that produces the aggregate.
